01 Introduction

Welcome to fv99. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the fv99 website located at fv99.vu, including all sub-pages, features, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You have not previously had an f v99 account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

fv99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Where age verification cannot be completed to fv99's satisfaction, access to the Platform — including the ability to make deposits or place wagers — will be suspended until verification is resolved.

Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after mandatory identity verification procedures have been completed, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the fv99 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on fv99. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current at all times.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. fv99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
• Non-transferability: Your fv99 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

fv99 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods designed to make funding your account as straightforward as possible. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time at fv99's discretion.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours and may take up to one working day to reflect.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your account. fv99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not on record.
• Withdrawal processing time: Approved withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within two to four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three working days depending on the receiving institution.
• Identity verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fv99 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC checks.
• Currency: All transactions on the fv99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied to player balances.

fv99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own service charges, which are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

fv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. You must wager the required multiple of the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The applicable promotion terms will specify which games qualify and at what contribution rate.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the fv99 Platform, including sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi) and casino games (live dealer, slots, crash games, table games):

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where specific in-play cash-out functionality is available and expressly offered for a given market.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game or betting session, the outcome will be determined by the provider's server logs, which are treated as the definitive record of all game activity.
• fv99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a manifest technical error on the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per game type. These limits are published within the relevant betting market or game information screens and may be updated periodically.

07 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

All players are required to use the fv99 Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid detection.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the Platform's systems, software, or data.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Making false or misleading representations to fv99 or its support team.

fv99 employs a combination of automated monitoring and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, fv99 may, without prior notice, suspend or close the relevant account, void all open bets, and confiscate the full account balance. Such action does not limit any further legal remedies available to fv99.

08 Privacy & Data

fv99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at fv99.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. All data transmissions between your device and the fv99 Platform are protected by SSL encryption.

09 Responsible Gaming

fv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all account holders. The following tools are available to all registered players via the account dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11 Limitation of Liability

fv99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

You may close your fv99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account — after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements — will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.

fv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or legal obligation. In such cases, fv99 will notify you by email where practicable, though is under no obligation to provide advance notice where immediate closure is required to prevent harm or comply with law.

13 Amendments to These Terms
